Served as Managing Director and Head of Brazilian Global Markets Sales at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. since June 2004, nominated Deutsche Bank Brazil CEO in 2006. During 2008 to 2013, he served as Executive Director responsible for Fixed Income Division at Banco Itaú BBA S.A. In 2014 he joined Banco Pine S.A. as Member of Executive Management. Prior Deutsche Bank, Mr. Aoude served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he managed its Brazil sales desk. Mr. Aoude was Board Member at Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos – ECT, Correios Participações S/A and Gera Venture Capital. He is Chairman of the Board at Transportadora Brasileira de Gasoduto – TBG. Mr. Aoude holds a Degree in Economics from the PUC – Rio de Janeiro.

Mr. Lemann was also Chairman and co-founder of Pollux Capital (Equity Asset Management). In 1998, he founded and was the investment manager of the Synergy Fund based in New York with AUM of over US$1.5 billion. Mr. Lemann is a member of the Board of AB INBEV, Lojas Americanas, Lemann Foundation and of the international board of Lone Pine Capital. He holds a degree in Economics from Candido Mendes University of Rio de Janeiro.

Co-founder of Vectis Partners. Mr. Campos was a partner, board member and ex-CEO of Gauss Capital. He was also co-founder of Pollux Capital, where he was responsible for investor relations, operations, compliance and administration. Prior to that he was a Senior Executive at Accenture where he worked for 15 years. At Accenture, he led the Risk Management / Loss Prevention Service Line within Latin America for the Utilities and Mining sectors. The main focus of his consulting activities was on strategy analysis, process and organization design. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree (telecommunications) from PUC-Rio de Janeiro, a graduate marketing degree from ESPM and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Mr. O’Grady was a partner and board member of XP Investimentos and CEO of XP Gestao from 2012 to 2015. Previously, he was a partner of Pollux Capital in charge of Investments in global assets. He started his career at Banco Pactual, where he worked for 15 years – the last 8 of them as a partner in charge of equity investments of Pactual Asset. Partner and co-founder of Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital). Mr. Boaventura has 20 years of work experience in Brazilian financial markets. He was senior vice-president in charge of structured products at the Fixed Income Division at Itaú BBA until 2015. Prior to that, he was responsible for originating and structuring local and International DCM transactions, having delivered more than 200 public offerings and private placement deals. He also has 10 years of experience in ultra large corporate division covering sectors including automotive, auto-parts, food processing, real estate, retail, mining and steel and infrastructure. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from POLI-USP, an Executive MBA from IBMEC, MBA in Finance from The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania and an CGA certification.
Prior to joining Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital), Mr. Mattos worked for 5 years at Credit Suisse in the Fixed Income Division, where he was responsible for leading the execution of structured fixed income transactions. Prior to this, he worked at JP Morgan in the Credit department, covering financial institutions in Brazil and in Latin America, and in the Investment Banking area, where he participated in several merger and acquisition and capital markets transactions. Mr. Mattos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the FEA-USP and an CGA certification.
Prior to joining Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital), Mr. Salonikios worked for 7 years at Banco BBM in the international liquidation and custody division in RJ and in the commercial and operations areas in NY for 7 years at the Delta National Bank of NY, structuring operations for private clients, and for 3 years Years in ItauBBA in the structuring division of products for retail customers individuals and companies. He also worked in the area of fixed income structuring at Standard Bank in London and Real Estate at Mauá Sekular. Mario holds an MBA from New York University and holds a degree in civil engineering from PUC-Rio de Janeiro.

Mr. Araujo joined Vectis Capital Solutions (former Alps Capital) in 2019. Structures public and private offerings of securities since 2009, with a focus on credit arrangements, debt securities and securitizations of receivables, having worked as senior associate in the Capital Markets groups of Mattos Filho law firm and Pinheiro Guimarães law firm. Mr. Araujo holds a LL.B. (J.D. Equivalent) from the Law School of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a master’s degree (LL.M) from the University of Pennsylvania, and a business and law certificate from the Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Vectis in 2021, Mr. Bettiol worked at Goldman Sachs for c. 6 years in the Investment Banking Division dealing with most of the main products offered out of IBD, such as structured finance, debt and equity capital markets, principal investments, leveraged buyouts financing, derivatives and M&A. Over these years, Mr. Bettiol has been based in São Paulo and London and participated in transactions executed across Brazil, US, Europe and Middle East. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Bettiol was part of RB Capital’s fixed income structuring team for 1.5 year. Mr Bettiol holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA).
Mr. Franco joined Vectis Capital Solutions in 2019. Previously, he worked for 2 years at RB Capital Asset Management, covering structured finance products to the Real Estate sector. In 2016 he worked as consultant at Sporos Gestão de Valor in Financial Advisory projects for the energy sector. Prior to that, he worked for 2 years as a financial consultant at Tutóia Consultoria Financeira, performing valuation analysis and participating in M&A processes, as well as developing management planning tools for several sectors such as Real Estate Development, Car Rentals and Financials. Matheus holds an MBA in Business Management from ESALQ – USP and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from PUC-SP, with part part of the course taken in Coimbra – Portugal.
Mr. Tormin joined Vectis in 2020. Previously, he worked for 5 years in the real estate sector in the area of financial planning within companies like EZTEC acting mainly in the analysis of new viability and PDG where he participated in its judicial reorganization program. Before that, he worked for 1 year in Banco Santander Private Banking assisting in the allocation of clients with equity invested in the bank above 15MM, previous experience in the financial market as a portfolio management assistant working with analysis of companies assisting in making decisions regarding the choice of assets and derivative transactions. Studying an Executive MBA at INSPER, Postgraduate in the Certificate in Financial Management (CFM) course at Insper, graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo. International experience in the school year as an exchange student (United States).
Mr. Nahas has long experience in the financial markets, focused on capital markets, asset management and credit. Prior to joining Vectis in 2020, Fernando worked for Banco Safra (2019) and spent 6 years at J.P. Morgan (2012-2018), where he structured cross-border structured lending transactions for ultra high net worth clients, namely for leveraged investments and acquisitions. Mr. Nahas holds his MBA in finance from The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania (2020), LLM from the University of São Paulo (USP, 2017), finance specialization from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV, 2015) and LLB (Juris Doctor equivalent) from USP (2012). Throughout his career, Fernando also studied at INSEAD, Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and Sciences Po Paris.
MARIANO VIEIRA, CFA
Mr. Vieira joined Vectis in 2020. Previously, he worked for 8 years at Polo Capital Asset Management, where he selected, analyzed and structured corporate credit deals and securitizations of receivables. He also performed valuation analysis and participated in the structuring of new investment funds. Prior to that, he worked at the Banco CR2’s treasury department. Mr. Vieira holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics and Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, both from PUC-Rio. He is a CFA charterholder since 2018.
Mrs. Su has been in the financial market since 2008 when she started her career at Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo in the areas of risk and portfolio control; At Credit Suisse she also worked monitoring private banking and real estate funds managed by the house. She also worked at Portland Hill Capital, focusing on structuring controls and monitoring portfolios. Mrs. Su holds a Civil Engineering degree from POLI-USP.
